SHOPPING CART: Items in your cart are not reserved until you have completed your purchase. Your order is complete once you finish checking out and receive an order confirmation email.

SHIPPING: Shipping is a flat $15 for all orders. All orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail in April once freezing temperatures have passed in your region. Shipping is only available within the USA.

SUBSTITUTIONS: If something happens between your order and shipping and we are unable to fulfill your order, a refund will be given for the amount of the unavailable tuber(s). Substitutions will not be sent.

ORDER CHANGES/CANCELLATIONS: Once an order is placed, we are unable to cancel that order or make additions or subtractions. Order changes and cancellations will not be available.

TUBER INFORMATION: We are so appreciative of your support to our small business and it is our goal to ensure you are happy with your order. Tubers will be shipped in the correct variety ordered with at least one eye. Tubers are grown in our flower garden where flower snips are sanitized between each plant, and we closely monitor for any signs of virus and cull as needed. Please examine your order immediately on arrival and email TinyLittleDotsFloral@gmail.com any concerns within 48 hours of receiving your order. Once the 48 hours has elapsed the buyer accepts full responsibility for the tuber(s). We cannot be responsible for damage due to poor storage/field/soil conditions, weather conditions, pests, plant performance, or negligence.
